Tom started coaching in 2009 whilst still competing as an amateur, completing a Level 2 ABA full coach qualification in 2010.

Boxing coaching then led Tom to a career as a personal trainer. His love of seeing people achieve their goals led to him gaining an MSc in Advanced Coaching in Strength and Conditioning in 2022.

He has held a British Boxing Board of Control professional boxing trainer licence since 2019.
He continues to coach athletes and those looking to reach their fitness goals.
